Most of our clothing and accessories are pre-loved and have enjoyed a life before they reach you. Therefore, minor signs of wear and tear are to be expected. Tia Couture completes a full inspection of every item to ensure the quality of each garment; all imperfections will be listed in detail with the description. Any alterations made to items will also be listed in the description. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions about garments before purchase.

How do I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Your package can be tracked using USPS.com, please follow the directions outlined in the email.
How do you exchange an item?
TiaCouture does not accept exchanges.
How are items measured?
I use a dressmaker’s tape measure to take measurements of the clothing. A tape measure can be purchased at your local fabric store or drug stores such as CVS, Rite Aide, Duane Reade, etc. You can take your own measurements over the undergarments you plan on wearing with the clothing.
BUST: Measured from armpit to arm pit.
To measure: Place measuring tape around the fullest part of bust - your arms should be down by your side and slightly apart, keeping the measuring tape horizontal against the body.
WAIST: Measured from the smallest part of waistline.
To measure: Place measuring tape around your waistline where you normally wear your pants with one forefinger between your body and tape. For low-rise pants measure 1-1/2" below your natural waist and keeping measuring tape horizontal against the body.
SHOULDERS: Measured from shoulder to shoulder.
To measure: Measure across upper back from end of one shoulder bone (top of arm) to the other shoulder bone (top of arm). It's important to stand with your usual posture and shoulder position.
HIPS: Measured at the largest part of hip.
To measure: Place measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and stand with your heels together, keeping the measuring tape horizontal against the body.
LENGTH: Measured from collar to hem.
SLEEVE: Measured from collar to cuff.
Do you provide International delivery?
I currently do not provide international delivery. However, I am working on this matter and plan to update our delivery services in the near future.

We ship all items via USPS with tracking included.
How do you classify the condition of your clothing items?
I repair all items as much as possible. I will rarely sell anything in less than good condition, unless it is a rare piece, a collector's item, or an exception due to its age or era.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me for information regarding an item's condition.
